Engine

With this purchase the seller offers part only warranty. Engine warranty includes excessive smoking, excessive oil consumption and engine noise. Severity of these conditions will be determined solely by the seller. This warranty applies ONLY to the engine block. Engine warranty specifically does not include carburetors, intake or exhaust manifolds, wire or ignition parts, water pumps, oil, gas or water leaks. Labor and charges of any kind is not warrantied. Rust is inevitable so we only guarantee that the part is not rotted and corrosion free. No other warranty is expressed or implied.

 

Warranty void unless installed by a certified ASE auto technician. Improper installation and alterations of this part voids this warranty. Part failure due to bad cooling system, improper maintenance and not following the below instructions are not eligible for warranty claim.

IMPORTANT - A HOT OIL FLUSHER MACHINE MUST BE USED FOR A PROPER COOLER FLOW CLEANING. IF SHOP DOES NOT HAVE ACCESS TO ONE THAN A NEW RADIATOR MUST BE REPLACED OR THE OLD RADIATOR MUST BE TAKEN TO A RADIATOR SHOP WHERE IT IS COMPLETELY RODDED AND CLEANED. REPLACE ENGINE OIL AND ALL RELEVANT FILTER. CHANGE SPARK PLUGS AND WIRES. CHECK FOR OIL AND FUEL LEAKS. MANUFACTURER INSTRUCTIONS HAS TO BE FOLLOWED.

Transmission

With this purchase the seller offers part only warranty. Warranty is on the planetary gears and solenoids. Torque convertor, Electrical parts, Sensors and Modules are not covered under warranty. Labor and charges of any kind is not warrantied. Rust is inevitable so we only guarantee that the part is not rotted and corrosion free.No other warranty is expressed or implied.


Warranty void unless installed by a certified ASE auto technician. Improper installation and alterations of this part voids this warranty. Part failure due to bad cooling system, improper maintenance and not following the below instructions are not eligible for warranty claim.

Axle Assembly

With this purchase the seller offers part only warranty. The rear-axle assembly warranty covers Differential/Carrier, Axle beam, Axle shaft, Gears and Hub. Warranty does not cover Brake parts, Bearings, Oil seals, Gaskets and any bolt on parts otherwise specified. Rust is inevitable so we only guarantee that the part is not rotted and corrosion free.

IMPORTANT - REPLACE AXLE LUBE AS PER MANUFACTURER PRESCRIBED LEVEL REPACK/REPLACE WHEEL BEARINGS AND REPLACE SEALS AND BOOTS. MANUFACTURER INSTRUCTIONS HAS TO BE FOLLOWED.

Rack and Pinion

Steering Rack and Pinion warranty covers only the Rack. Warranty does not cover the Tie Rod Ends, Boots, seals and any serviceable parts. Rust is inevitable so we only guarantee that the part is not rotted and corrosion free.

IMPORTANT - REPLACE FLUIDS AS PER MANUFACTURER PRESCRIBED LEVEL REPACK AND REPLACE SEALS AND BOOTS. MANUFACTURER INSTRUCTIONS HAS TO BE FOLLOWED.

BODY PARTS
This is a no return part. All body parts are guaranteed to fit as per invoice part description. Body parts are sold as shell only, therefore no guarantee on trim panels, switches, hinges, locks, handles, latches, etc otherwise specified on the invoice. Body parts are guaranteed to be free from dents, cracks and corrosion. No assurance on scratches, dings, paint peel, discolor and surface rust.


Electrical Parts
Electrical part is sold As Is (without warranty), however it is guaranteed to fit and function appropriately. Electrical parts are guaranteed to be replaced only if it is damaged when received.

30 DAY WARRANTY

This warranty covers defective parts and items sent incorrectly. We offer a parts only warranty.

NO LABOR COSTS are covered for any part sold by Vow Auto parts. In the event that the part is defective we will first attempt to replace it and if a replacement cannot be sent we will issue a refund for the total sale amount. In the event a reorder is made prior to return of the first part we will require payment for the second part and refund the initial order upon return. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Upon contacting Vow Auto parts please provide a detailed explanation as to why the part is being returned, In case of any part failure, we will need installation and diagnostic report from a certified mechanic to process the replacement. Part failure due to improper maintenance and not following manufacturer instructions are not eligible for warranty claim

In the event a part is returned that does not fit the specifications listed in this warranty Vow Auto parts reserves the right to apply a 25% restocking fee and withhold shipping amounts in the refund.

Vow Auto parts is not responsible for items delivered to the address given at the time of sale according to tracking information but not taken into possession by the customer.

Items ordered for 'testing purposes only' or ordered incorrectly by the customer will not be available for return. Verify with a mechanical or body expert the actual part needed before ordering. We do send correct parts and would ask you, our customer to do the necessary research before ordering. Items returned after the warranty period will not be refunded and will be returned to sender. Parts must be received within 30 days of the original shipment delivery date in order to be accepted.


NO WARRANTY PARTS


This is a no warranty part and sold As Is. And also there is no returns on it. Will be taken back if the part
is damaged when received.

Warranty Policy

Return / Refund Policy

Defective Parts must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery for refunds. If beyond 30 days, it will not be taken back. If ordered for testing or trial purposes will not be available for return. Partial parts will not be taken back for a refund or return. Any parts received damage should be informed within 7 days of the product delivery date, delay would lead to rejection of claim. 


Every part we sell is uniquely marked with our own specifications. Any part that is returned without its original form (excluding the shipping damage) the refund will not be processed. Any return must be processed only after a phone call to us and an RMA, without which, the returns will not be accepted, and the shipment will be refused. 


Returning the part is the customer’s responsibility and a return tracking number must be provided. Once the RMA is sent, the part must be returned within 7 business days. Once the part is returned, we will be happy to send a replacement or issue a full refund on the original purchase price. 


The refund will be processed to the accounts team after inspection and verification of the part returned. If the part is damaged or defective, for the customer to claim a replacement or a refund, parts need to be returned under the 30 days warranty policy. Any parts returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund or a replacement.


No returns on no warranty parts.


All parts are used parts and no return against new parts claim. Return request to be made from the date of delivery via email to support@vowautoparts.us


Restocking fee of 25 percent is applicable only on eligible returns.

Seller makes no refunds on parts : That are not accompanied by installation report and diagnostic report by certified ASC Mechanic, Damaged or improperly installed by the buyer, Disassembled, altered or missing parts when returned. Special body cuts, frame sections or speciality ordered. And unauthorized returns.


No refund on No or Out of warranty parts and damaged parts that are returned after accepting and signing the delivery note.


No refund if buyer Refuse to accept direct fit interchangeable part verified by Manufacturer.


Seller does not refund shipping and payment processing fee.


Upon approval it might take up to 24 to 48 hours to initiate a refund. However refund process will begin after we receive the returned part. Upon approval the amount will be refunded back to the source card or as applicable.

Shipping  Policy

Product should reach customer between 7-10 business days from the time payment is done! Parts are shipped basis customer request. And the part will be shipped to the shipping address provided at the time of placing the order.Orders placed will have a delivery time frame of 7 to 10 business days without limitations. Any delay by the shipping service provider is not the liability of the sender.


Delivery address should have unloading equipment and a delivery dock for easy delivery. Delivery to certain areas not accessible by the carrier is not sender's liability. In such cases it should be picked up at the carrier terminal. Redelivery charges applicable as per carrier charges for every reattempt.


If your goods were damaged in transit, provide photos of all six sides of the packaging, including the label affixed to the box showing the tracking number. If your goods were damaged, provide photos of the actual damage to the goods. Unloading or delivery damages are not sender's liability. Please check whether the shipment is in good order before accepting. Any shipping damage claim thereafter is not acceptable.


All larger parts including Engines, Transmissions, Transfer Case Assemblies, Rear Ends and Complete Front Axle Assemblies ship via Commercial Freight Carrier. We add standard charges to ship freight as long as the shipping address you provide us is a commercial/business address that is easily accessible by semi-truck. 


This can include mechanical shops, garages or any other facility willing and able to receive crated cargo. A forklift or similar type of equipment that will assist in removing the merchandise from the freight truck is required for receiving the engine or you may be subject to an additional $80 fee.


In the event you are unable to provide us with such an address, you can pickup your freight at the carrier terminal with the closest proximity to your home address. You will be contacted with that option shortly after you place your order.

Terms and Conditions


1.    The original invoice must accompany all returns and is non-transferable.
2.    Warranty is non-transferable and only valid for the purchaser named on the invoice.
3.    Approval for repairs, disassembly, alterations, or replacements must be approved by us before any work being performed.
4.    We reserve the right to inspect any product before replacement or repair.
5.    Labor is not included
6.    The year and model of the vehicle or part printed on the invoice are within a range of interchangeability (fitment) and may not necessarily be the exact model and year as the part or vehicle that has been provided.
7.    Refer to the manufacturer's “Owner’s Manual” for your vehicle for the correct operation and maintenance schedule.
8.    Mileage is not guaranteed on any part.
9.    We are not responsible for purchaser errors.
10.    We are not responsible for shipping/freight delays. Shipping/freight is a 3rd party service and beyond our control.
11.    Purchaser is fully responsible for all shipping, freight, and delivery costs, including but not limited to, additional lift gate, residential fees, and are non-refundable. We do not issue call tags for returns; the purchaser accepts all return costs.
12.    Shipping, freight, delivery costs, similar and/or physical damages are not covered by the warranty or sale for any reason.
13.    Purchaser has 7 business days after receiving an item to submit a written claim of damage, missing or incomplete parts. Mail claims to Vow Auto Parts.
14.    If the purchaser is not present to receive the delivery of a purchase, the purchaser agrees to assume all liability for item(s) left at the delivery address without a receiver and signature thereof.
15.    We are not responsible for personal injury or damage during, or because of, handling or installation of our product.
16.    Replacements, repairs, or price adjustments do not extend your warranty.

The Vow Auto Parts liability is solely and exclusively limited to supplying low mileage used engines replacement, whenever one is available or refunding customer with the purchase price. Vow Auto Parts doesn’t accept any liability associated with labor costs, replacement of engine oil, transmission fluid, and antifreeze, or damage to other engine or parts or components & towing charges.

Vow Auto Parts  is not responsible for any failure resulting from improper installation, modification of the product faulty or incompatible parts and accessories, and/or abnormal use of operation. State and federal laws regulate odometer mileage for most used automobiles, but odometer mileage determinations for used engines and their parts are not practically possible.

Determination of mileage use for used engines cannot be done with certainty since the engines are often sold and/or transferred apart from the original vehicle in which they were originally installed. Therefore, all representations of mileage are estimates.

Vow Autoparts offers an extensive engine warranty regardless of the mileage, based upon our expertise and evaluation of our products.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellation of part that is shipped out, Cancellation fee of 25 percent applicable on orders where upfront payment is processed. Credit/Debit or any payment processing fee applicable. Shipping and Freight charges as applicable. Core fee if any.

Vow Auto Parts is not liable for the sales person statements/ warranty, information provided in the invoice is final.
